The median sales price for SFH, Condos and PUDs in Santa Barbara was $1.883M

-This is a 5% increase from last year.

The number of sales rose 11% from last year

-Buyers benefited from a modest increase in inventory and options.

SFH, Condos and PUDs stayed on the market on average 40 days

-Slightly slower than 2024.
