About Kim Crawford

Kim Crawford is a highly experienced Realtor who has been serving the Santa Barbara real estate market since 2007. In 2017, she joined forces with Angel Speier to form the successful Crawford Speier Group, a dynamic team consistently recognized as one of the top producers for achieving high sales volume and numerous transactions. With her roots in Seattle, Kim ventured to Santa Barbara to attend Westmont College and quickly fell in love with the area's charm and natural beauty. She gained valuable experience working with a prominent commercial and residential real estate developer, in various roles such as administrative assistant, project manager, and salesperson.

Outside of real estate, Kim finds immense joy in her personal life. She is happily married to her husband, Rob Crawford, and together they are raising three children and an energetic Portuguese Water Dog. In her spare time, Kim is involved with Young Life, she loves to read, entertain family & friends, to travel and to be on the water!
